Luck guide Slime RNG luck — every verified source
Luck is the central stat in Slime RNG. A higher number shifts the rarity-tier weighting on
every Slime RNG roll, so stacking it via potions, codes, skill-tree upgrades, and rebirths
is the fastest way to chase rarer slimes. This page lists every source we've cross-checked
across published Slime RNG guides — the verified numbers, the single-source values that
need in-game confirmation, and the sources Stouts Studio has not published at all (we leave
those blank rather than estimate).
Background
What luck does in Slime RNG
The Slime RNG luck stat is a multiplier on the rarity-weighting of each roll. Every Slime
RNG roll picks from a hidden distribution across rarity tiers (Common → Uncommon → Rare →
Epic → Legendary → Mythic → Huge), and your current value skews that distribution toward
the higher tiers. The exact base distribution and the precise weighting formula have not
been published by Stouts Studio, so any "% chance for a Huge Lucky" claim you see online
is an estimate — including the ones on competing Slime RNG guide sites.
What it does not do: this stat does not directly increase Goop drop frequency on
its own (zone level controls per-kill Goop yield — see how to get Goop in
Slime RNG), and it does not make zone enemies easier to kill in combat. It is purely a
rolling stat. If you want better DPS, you craft stronger slimes via the
Slime RNG crafting recipes; if you want rarer rolls, you stack the
multipliers below.
Tier 1 — Verified
Confirmed Slime RNG luck sources
The only luck source where a specific number is cross-confirmed across published guides:
Like the game + Join Stouts Studio group Free, click once each. Community reports indicate the two actions grant +1 Luck combined.
+1 Luck (total)
Confirmed by community reports across multiple Slime RNG guide sites. Both actions are free
and one-time — claim them before your first roll.
Tier 2 — Single source
Slime RNG luck values from one source only
These specific luck numbers come from a single published guide. Use them
as ballpark estimates, not as gospel — until a second source confirms or in-game testing
verifies, treat them as approximate.
Luck Boost potion Granted by some active codes (giveMeLuckNOW, 2muchluck, SPARKLEZ).
Source: AllThings.how (slimerng.org disputes duration, says 10 min)
2x luck / ~3 min
Ultra Luck Potion (a.k.a. Ultra Luck Boost) Granted by 2muchluck, SPARKLEZ; stronger version of Luck Boost.
Source: AllThings.how
3x luck / ~3 min
First rebirth (permanent) Permanent luck multiplier gained after spending 500 Goop on rebirth #1.
Source: Beebom 1.82x; slimerng.org 1.5x — see /rebirth
1.5x to 1.82x (sources disagree)
Tier 3 — Unverified
Luck sources with zero published numbers
These luck sources exist in-game but no Slime RNG guide we cross-checked has published an
exact multiplier. We refuse to estimate.
- Super Luck upgrade — Skill-tree upgrade exists in-game; exact multiplier not published.
- Ultra Luck upgrade — Skill-tree upgrade exists in-game; exact multiplier not published.
- Huge Lucky on roster (passive) — Owners report a passive luck bonus; exact value not published.
- Friend in same server — Reported as a per-friend additive bonus capped at some value; not published.
Stacking
Does Slime RNG luck stack multiplicatively or additively?
Whether Slime RNG luck multipliers stack multiplicatively (a 2x Luck Boost
× a 1.82x rebirth multiplier = 3.64x effective luck) or additively
(2 + 1.82 − 1 = 2.82x effective luck) is not documented by Stouts Studio. Most Roblox RNG
games stack multiplicatively, but Slime RNG hasn't been confirmed either way.
What this means in practice: if you redeem a code-granted Luck Boost potion right after a
rebirth, you don't yet know if the two effects compound aggressively (multiplicative) or
moderately (additive). Time your potions carefully — but don't make math-perfect plans
until the stacking model is confirmed.
FAQ
Slime RNG luck FAQ
How do I get more luck in Slime RNG?
Six routes: (1) like the game and join the group for +1 free permanent luck, (2) redeem
active Slime RNG codes that grant Luck Boost / Ultra Luck Potion,
(3) buy the Super Luck and Ultra Luck skill-tree upgrades when you can afford them,
(4) rebirth for a permanent luck multiplier, (5) own a Huge Lucky
on your roster (passive), (6) play in the same server as friends.
Does Luck Boost stack with Ultra Luck Potion?
Yes — they're separate buffs and both can be active at the same time. Whether the
combined effect is 2 × 3 = 6x luck (multiplicative) or 2 + 3 − 1 = 4x luck (additive)
is not documented by Stouts Studio.
Is luck the same as the Goop drop rate?
No. Luck affects roll outcomes — what slime tier you get when you spend coins on a roll.
Goop drop rate is governed by zone level and the Goop Drip / Goop Flood / Goop Chance
skill-tree upgrades. See the Slime RNG Goop guide for those.
Does buying the Crafting Machine boost luck?
No. The 1M-coin Crafting Machine in Heaven only enables the eight
Slime RNG crafting recipes. It has no luck effect.
How do I see my current luck stat?
Your current Slime RNG luck total is shown in-game on the rolling UI. The displayed
number reflects your base luck plus all currently-active multipliers (rebirth, potions,
friend bonuses).
